Matthew Colman started Boxing at the age of 22 in that time he has have trained with two amateur world champions three national Golden Gloves champions an Olympic boxing team member. He has also trained with the current North American Boxing Federation junior middle weight champion (Shawn Porter). He has work alongside a number of coaches such as Washington D.C. Coach Robert Crawford who is considered to be one of the premier boxing trainers in the Washington, DC area. His students consist of William Joppy Super Middleweight Champion of the World 38-4-1 and the list goes on. Matthew has also trained with Coach Kenny porter who is a Level 4 USA Boxing Association Trainer, and is a Certified USA Boxing. Matthew is a technical coach who address’s the physical and mental aspect of boxing in Rockville.
