Micah Brady


Micah Brady/Tzentis is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) trained personal trainer and AAFA certified fitness instructor of 10 years. Micah is a cross training enthusiast and has a diverse training background in weight training and bodybuilding/fitness competition, yoga (200 hours of training completed through YogaFit), pilates (PowerHouse certified), cycle (Reebok certified), cardio kickbox (TurboKick certified), sports conditioning, and dance. She is able to keep her participants challenged using fun and diverse training methods to keep everyone challenged and working through plateau areas. Micah is consistently rated as a Master Instructor/Trainer by both participants and health club management due to her expertise, instruction skills, and ability to keep participants of various ages and ability levels challenged.
