A longtime student of Muay Thai as well as other martial arts such as Gracie JiuJitsu and Submission Grappling, Dennis knows the value of cross-training different martial arts in order to sharpen them all…to really create complete students. Dennis has studied under and become a certified instructor under Combat Submission Wrestling SenseiErik Paulson. He has done the same for JeetKune Do, the martial art and philosophy made famous by Bruce Lee. Dennis studied with and became a certified instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto, one of Bruce Lee’s first students and life long friends.

It is with a view to the whole of martial arts, that Dennis shapes his Muay Thai classes, giving them the richness and high level of detail and extreme effectiveness, that have created some truly amazing fighters and students. Combining the best of traditional Muay Thai and the best of MMA focused Muay Thai, Dennis helps all of his students master their Thai Kickboxing, whether they’re in it for competition, self-defense, or simply just to get in shape.
