Teddy Bisrat

Teddy started Tae Kwon Doe/Karate when he was 6, which opened up his martial arts journey and passion.  He obtained a black belt in that discipline, learned weapon forms, and became part of the academy's Demo team. After graduating high school, for over a little over 11 years, he has trained in Vale Tudo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi Submission wrestling Kickboxing/Muay Thai, and Judo. He currently teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-gi grappling, and Muay Thai/Kickboxing as he has for the past 6 years. He has also competed in multiple tournaments over the years and was recently awarded the rank of black belt under Professor Pedro Sauer/Marco Sampaio.

Teddy also started the first ever Jiu-Jitsu Club as the President/Founder at the college he attended - St. Mary's College of Maryland. He currently works as an IT contractor at NIH.
