StrikeFit is a high-intensity heavy bag workout heavily based on kickboxing and functional fitness. Students learn to utilize striking, self-defense, and fight strategies, supplemented with strength training such as kettlebells, body weight, plyometrics, functional training, mobility work, dumbbells, and more.
